Booking Information

Most people have quite a few questions to ask prior to booking a safari, so feel free to contact us by phone to chat, or by email if you prefer (see below).

Once you are ready to book:

      1) Email us at Info@BlueMoonSafaris.com.  
      2) Fill out and sign the booking forms.
      3) Send a deposit to hold your reservations.
      4) Make your air travel arrangements. (We can assist you with flight reservations) 

That’s it! Once we have received your booking form and deposit, we will send:

     · Receipt confirmation,
     · Client information form,
     · Pre-safari checklist,
     · Detailed packing list.

As the departure date approaches, feel free to contact the trip leaders with any questions you might have. We are very happy to hear from you and we love to talk safari! We will be in contact more and will set up a way to introduce ourselves to each other, at least through email.
